360 Photo Booth Rental Policies

When booking your event for our 360 photo booth on our website, a deposit is  required to secure your reservation only 50% of that deposit is non-refundable. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your service and is non-refundable in the event of  cancellation. It is important to note that this policy is in place  because booking a time slot for our photo booth reserves that specific  time for your event and prevents us from booking it for other clients.  By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of  our non-refundable deposit policy.

We understand that plans can change. However, we also need to protect our business and ensure that we have enough time to find new bookings in case of cancellations. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at 480-935-6585 as soon as possible.

If you cancel your event 24 hours or more before the event date, your deposit will be partially refunded by 50%. If you cancel your event less than 24 hours before the event date, your deposit will not be refunded. In the case that the event is cancelled or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or natural disasters, we will provide a full or partial refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

• If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled event date, your deposit will be partially refunded by 50%. We have to protect our business interests and ensure that we have  sufficient time to make alternative arrangements in the event of  cancellations.
• In the event that the scheduled event is cancelled or significantly altered due to circumstances outside of our control, such as inclement weather or natural disasters, we will provide a full or partial refund of any payments made beyond the deposit, at our discretion.

You may not use the photographs and other content produced by Litty City Rentals for any commercial purpose, such as selling the photographs, or using the photographs in advertising or promotional materials, unless you have obtained written permission from Litty CIty Rentals to do so.
